Unfortunately, our products cannot be returned, because all products are made on request.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  

Inspect your order and within 24 hours you should contact us to open a case for your order. Our team will ask you for the necessary proofs and if it is verified that it was really received in these conditions we can accept the return. Remember, this is subject to a rigorous process, it does not mean that your case will be accepted in its entirety.
